Hmmm... lamanya tak berkarya.Mood membeku seperti musim sejuk..tahap beku!Banyak cerita yg tertinggal...winter bugs...raya aidil ahda...dll .Apa-apa pun kita selesaikan homework ni dulu, nanti cikgu blacklist payah nak lulus exam...the first tag hari tu from nani dah terlepas, tak sedar pun sebenarnya!so sorry nani...

merangkak-merangkak mengembangkan 'my firm'sambil2 mengembangkan badan -menjalani kehidupan yg selesa di bumi terengganu.selesa apa? boleh oda! oda!oda!

- biskut mazola pun sedap, apa lagi ye...kepok la paling i enjoy!kat sini apa ye, semuanya unhealthy.hihihi.

- bina 'casa impian'. ishk payah ah soalan ni! because i'm not a good dreamer!payah ni takde preparation kalau terjadi billionaire.hmmm..lepas ni kita start fikir apa nak buat dgn duit yg melambak tu. tidur bersama timbunan duit2 kut.hahahaha...

Colors of Autumn...

Autumn is here again... our 2nd year experiencing autumn season in the uk. yesterday , i went out with k.zue to a park in durham city. kononya nak bawak anak2 outing cuti sekolah. sambil2 tu sempat la snap a few photos, colors of the autumn in durham....so beautiful and lovely tapi sejuknya menggigil-gigil..

setelah kesejukan berposing, panaskan badan di 'chesney cafe' pekena a cup of hot coffee n 'cheese n tomato panini'. sesungguhnya sgt kalut with a bunch of kids..'hoohaahoohaa'...

Open house Raya

Yesterday was our 'raya aidilfitri open house'. all members of durham my yahoogroup were invited, yg rasanya sekarang dah mencecah 30 families. the preparation started one day before, basuh ayam and marinate ayam. I was so lucky because there were a few friends, zila, shifa,k.wan, midah & adik2 brunei sudi datang tolong meringankan tugas. the menu were, nasi briyani, ayam bakar, acar, hati& pedal ayam goreng, kari daging, laksa putih terengganu, kek coklat, sagu gula melaka etc.

actually this is my 2nd attempt menjemput warga durham-my makan2. alhamdulillah the food was sufficient to cater the guests and i was delighted to see my guests enjoyed my cooking. in fact this is a great experience, otherwise no lesson to be learned... i couldn't imagine how can i manage to cook a lot of food for loads of people, except oda, oda, oda!!! deep inside i was satisfied dapat menjamu kawan2 makan eventhough lenguh maa..tapi tengok tetamu semua menjamu selera, hilang penat....moga segalanya mendapat keberkatan, insyaallah.

Jalan2 Raya di London

Hari raya ke3 kami bertolak ke London. Kebetulan baba had a matter in London, so dapatlah kami berjalan raya di sana. seperti biasa courtesy of en.azhari & ros , we stayed at their house. On the 2nd day, they went to Paris for holiday, while we stayed with bibik, ina & shah.

Di rumah Sarjan Ramlan & Ita. Berkenalan semasa Merdeka carnival di London bulan lepas. Rupanya kami senegeri...org ganu kite!!

Salam Aidilfitri 2008

Berakhirlah sudah ramadhan, setelah sebulan berpuasa. Kini Syawal menjelang tiba.... buat kali ke 2 beraya di bumi asing kesedihan masih terasa mengenangkan mak ayah, adik beradik, sanak saudara, kawan2 dan kemeriahan suasana aidilfitri di tanahair..

Usai sudah majlis aidilfitri masyarakat malaysia durham. ramai jugak yg datang rasanya dah melebihi 20 famili kat durham ni, memang meriah! hidangan dan juadal juga bermacam aneka sampai tak larat nak makan! tapi nasi dagang tadok!!!waaaa..

Dari jauh kami mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri teristimewa buat mak ayah dan mertua di trg, maaf zahir dan batin. Kami sentiasa mendoakan moga allah menganugerahkan kesejahteraan, kekuatan dan kesihatan yg baik dalam menjalani kehidupan seharian...Buat adik beradik/ipar duai, terima kasih banyak diatas kiriman baju raya.glamer kami sekeluarga!Blink! Blink!Hahaha. Rindunye nak beraya bersama....

Ramadhan Mubarak

Ramadan dah berlalu lebih kurang 17 hari..berpuasa buat kali pertama (thn lepas bersalin) alhamdulillah taklah seperit yg difikir. minggu pertama lebih kurang 16 jam dan seterusnya makin berkurangan .anis dan tyah pun puasanya lebih baik drpd tahun lepas. takde merengek lapar2, nak berbuka dll. Mereka berpuasa dgn jayanya..bagus anak2 umi!

Aktiviti sepanjang ramadan, pagi bertemankan adam dan adib .baba, anis n tyah ke school. bangun pagi lepas mandi terus nak makan dua org ni, nak makan, nasi pulak tu!!)Roti, biskut kurang layannnn.....pukul 2 ptg bertadarus bersama kaum2 ibu. anak2 pun tiap2 hari bertadarus bersama kawan2 mereka, terisi ramadn dgn amal yg baik, insyaallah... minggu terakhir sempat jugak berguru membuat kuih2 raya dgn sifu masakan bowburn k.zu. Kuih yg tak disangka2 dan klasik baulu, tempeyek, bunga durian dan yg lain kuih yg dituntut ilmunya, choc chips, suji, makmur, mazola n almond london. Minggu akhir jugak kotak kiriman baju raya dan makanan dr malaysia diterima. Sukanye!!!! Terima kasih semua diatas ingatan dan kiriman buat kami di perantauan ini....merasala berbaju baru nanti di aidilfitri...

Adib's 1st b'day & my 11th anniversary

adib's b'day was on 3rd ramadhan (16th. sept.) . By now his development is good enough eventhough he is developing with an eczema before. he used to be wrapped with 'kain pelikat' (bedung) at night just to prevent him from scratching and rubbing his face and body till he was almost 1 year old (sekarang pun malam2 masih lagi pakai stokin kat tangan, sebab tak nak bagi garu) .we have tried spirulina and aloe vera cream instead of hyrocortisone (topical steroid) and antihistamines and it worked well. we had the intention before to send him back to malaysia if his eczema was getting worse but after our ikhtiar the eczema was improving but still need to be monitored. Alhamdulillah...

these few days it seems that he is trying to stand up by himself and starts his first step. amazingly he also managed to climb the stairs as he eagers to follow his big brother and sisters. lately he is babbling alot and shouting 'baba, aba' and sometimes it sounds like 'abang'...he also knows to tease adam while adam is sleeping and from now on i know that they are good to be together...kadang2 mcm anak2 kucing..berguling2...

My anniversary was on 4th. September. Moga kebahagiaan sentiasa milik kami dan moga jodoh kami kekal hingga ke hujung nyawa......

Camping @ Ashfield Park Hartlepool

Initially i didn't have the heart to camping, not really interested!!but after considering my kids and my husband's persuasion and inducement, i agreed and really looking forward to see the Lake District as it said to be so beautiful and wonderful...

However, Allah knows the best! the original plan and place changed due to a very bad weather forecast- heavy rains! We proceeded with our initial intention since the kids were over excited!

the weather was so lovely on the day we reached there and the day after. hmmmmm...the campsite itself was not so bad (the toilet was quite clean and convenient) Me, myself felt great knowing my kids perfectly had fun and undiluted joy..except adam sesekali masih jugak "baba...baba..." the camping was not so terrible, more relax and santai... the mums had a good time, chatting around and managed to make new friends as well...

the second night , it became miserable and terrible. while we had the the bbq competition on the evening the rains started to pour and according to my husband it became worst after midnight as it was so windy outside. he was so worried that our tent might be blown away or collapsed but as for me and my kids, we had very deep sleep and conked out in our tent!hahaha!



'masing2 menunjukkan skill 'membbq' ayam semasa bbq competition.lepas hantar kat judge masing2 sendiri makan.so pihak penganjur dah 'selamat' takyah prepare dinner...

the next morning i couldn't wait to tidy up and go back as the campsite became so wet n muddy.

Bowburn's Family Fun day

We joined the day by selling malaysian foods like karipap, murtabak, kuih kasui, kuih ketayap, kuih lapis, tuna sandwich, nasi and kuma ayam and bee hoon goreng which were really portrayed malaysian taste. we've been invited by ijou (muslim representative in durham) since we've completed our food safety course which means we are qualified to prepare and serve the foods for the public. Here we must have a food hygience certificate issued by City Council in order to sell foods to public.



' nilah jualan kami...kue hijau tu 'perbuatanku'-kuih ketayap namanya!
unexpectedly and suprisingly nasi and kurma ayam became the most favourite meals, then the english had the bee hoon goreng with kurma as the gravy.hmm. what a new dish!! overall the sale was quite interesting and overwhelming.others not so much difference as last year, face painting, henna painting, safety awareness stall etc.
i think it was quite fun for moms as we gained new exposure and new experience and obviously for kids as they could try and have all the crafts things for free...
